Delivery information
National Deliveries
National delivery is free for orders over 250 lei, without any limitations. The cost of Door to Door delivery of a parcel is 25 lei. On the territory of Romania, delivery is made by FAN courier. Processing of an order is carried out within 24 h - 48 h from its receipt in our system between 09:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed and carried out in the order in the system.
Deliveries placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed starting with the next working day. Parcels delivered to Fanbox can be paid online at Fanbox, but not with cash payment.
NOTE: Packages with Door to Door delivery by express courier, once handed over to the courier, cannot be delivered in Fanbox, if desired after the parcel has been handed over.
