How to buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone or by email.

Order online

The product you want to order can be found either by using the menu at the top of the page containing product categories, from the menu on the right with all product categories and subcategories or through the search field. When you click on the order, the product will be automatically transferred to the shopping cart. After adding all the products you want to order to the cart, the purchase process continues by clicking the button and browsing the order page.
On the order page you will need to complete the following: Delivery method Order details: Name and surname, Full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
Payment method: choose the method in which you will pay for the order (CASH CASH upon delivery of the package, by CARD or by bank transfer.
With the username and password you entered, you can log in to view your order history or current order status, modify/delete your profile or place subsequent orders without re-entering your contact information.

Order by phone

By calling 0740 165 982 a sales agent will take your order.

Order by email

You can send your order by email to office@esterajewellery.ro:
- Delivery method
- Order details: Name and surname, Full address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Block, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable).
- Specify the desired products: Product name, Product code or product link.

There is no minimum order value. Delivery will be made by choosing a courier company from the list presented.
The shipping cost is 25 RON for national delivery. The processing time is 1-2 business days.
